Orders are processed for shipment within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Orders received on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day. Payment must be received by 12 noon GMT for the order to be processed that day. Please note some items may be marked as "Dispatched" on Sundays, but will be physically posted next working day. The price of postage on RamKing.co.uk covers packing materials, labour, as well as the cost of postage.

RAMKING.CO.UK, OPERATED BY MACCOLL MEDIA LTD HAPPILY SHIPS WORLDWIDE. Items between £1.99 and £49.99 will be sent via Royal Mail or Royal Mail recorded delivery (or equivalent international method). Orders over £49.99 will be sent via FedEx UK Pak (UK) or UPS Express Pak (Worldwide). If these methods are not available then your item will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Within UK:

PLEASE NOTE - UK ORDERS - OFFSHORE, HIGHLANDS AND ISLANDS WILL BE SENT VIA ROYAL MAIL WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.

Methods:

First Class: Your order will be sent via UK First Class Mail and typically takes 3-7 business days from the shipping date to arrive. If your order status is "Dispatched" then your order has been posted. If your order status is "Dispatched" please do not contact us regarding the whereabouts of your order until at least seven working days have passed from the time your order status was set to "Dispatched". In some extreme circumstances, Royal Mail first class can take up to 14 working days.

FedEx UK shipments: Once shipped, are next day deliveries. Please check your order status for updated information.

Airmail: If you order from outside the UK, your order will be sent via airmail. Delivery times will vary according to country.
UPS shipments: These shipments are generally within 3 working days, worldwide.

Returns

In the event of fault, incorrect item or incompatibility, RamKing.co.uk requires you to return the order to us for examination, after which a refund or replacement will be issued. All module serial numbers are stored in a secure database. In the event that we receive a module that we did not ship as a return we will retain your payment and the module we received from you and inform local authorities of fraudulent activities. Any returns due to incompatibility, having not used the Ram Selector System Search Engine and/or made no attempt to contact us prior to purchase, are subject to a £5 restocking fee, please choose carefully prior to purchasing the RAM you think you require for your system. Any returns made due to our recommendation of a product being incorrect are exempt from any extra fees. Any returns made due to an item being defective are not subject to any fee, however if an item is received, classed as a faulty return, and after inspection is found not to be faulty, then a £5 restocking fee will be applied, this includes items recommended by our representatives. For us to bear liability for returns, they must be posted as a minimum of Royal Mail Special Delivery or any other traceable courier delivery service, with the tracking number provided to us on date of postage. Return costs are non refundable. If a returned item has been posted to us, via an unrecorded/untraceable service, then we bear no liability or responsibility for its arrival at the returns address. In the event of non-receipt by us of the returned item that was sent via an unrecorded/untraceable service, then no refund will be issued and no replacement will be issued. Refunds issued cover the cost paid for the item, not for that of return postage. Any unjust/unlawful credit card chargebacks will be contested to the full extent of the law.

Expedited shipping methods (FedEx UK courier Pak) via offline sales are always subject to charges. Check with our customer services team when ordering as to what method of shipping is included in the purchase price. European (non mainland UK) as well as Rest of World shipping is charged at a reasonable rate, but is not included in the "Free Shipping" offer.
